NC Products Information

Primary Criteria

This includes traditional retail and online stores, restaurants and other businesses that offer North Carolina made products. Products may include art, crafts, food, beverages, home and garden products, music, literature, clothing, energy or environmental products, pet products, etc. Please let us know which best describes your business:

Primarily North Carolina products (85-100%)
Strong NC presence (45-84%)
Some NC products (25-44%)
• Limited NC products (10-24%) due to the nature of the business (general grocery or bookstores). Tries to make a strong effort to carry NC products and display them as NC produced.

Product and Company Information Needed

• A general, brief description of your company and the type of NC products you carry
• Your business location(s) - town/city
• Traditional storefront, online, or both
• Is this a North Carolina owned company or headquartered here? 
• Length of time the company has been in business
• Website name or Facebook page. If none, please let us know.
• Category that best describes your business, e.g. bookstore, restaurant, grocery store, online NC specialty store, etc. 
• Anything else you think would be helpful to know about you, the business or your product(s)

Cost and Benefits

For now, there are 3 cost levels to choose from – something for everyone's budget with different benefits.  We are also doing something very unique with Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina. One third of the Made in North Carolina fee will be donated to the food bank in your name - you will receive the tax-deductible receipt from them.  To learn more, please go to MINNC Hunger Challenge because products should be made in North Carolina, not hunger!™

Current Introductory Rates

Level 1 - $30 fee for 1 year
From the $30, $20 is the fee to be on the MINNC website and $10 is a donation to Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC in your name.

• A photo of your logo/product, website or Facebook link, small write-up on your product(s) or business, city, type of product.
• 1 month in the "feature area" of your section
• Facebook/MadeInNC notice that your business is new to the MINNC website
• Made in North Carolina vinyl, removable sticker to put on your door/window
• 100 free Made in North Carolina stickers indicating your product is made here (1"x.75")

Level 2 - $100 fee for 1 year
From the $100, $67 is the fee to be on the MINNC website and $33 is a donation to Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC in your name.

• Level 1 features
• Small Top or Sidebar ad in your section (depending on the available space) or another section (not homepage) for 6 months (2.17" x 1.62"). We can talk about this.
• 200 more Made in North Carolina stickers = 300

Level 3 - $300 fee for 1 year
From the $300, $200 is the fee to be on the MINNC website and $100 is a donation to Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC in your name.

• Level 1 and 2 features
• Small home page and 3 other page ads for 3 months (2.17" x 1.62"). We can talk about this.
• Additional information about your business
• 500 more Made in North Carolina stickers = 900
